Housing and BAföG: Call systems out of order

The call systems in the areas of student finance/BAföG and student housing are currently out of order. A solution is being worked on. However, nobody has to do without a personal appointment. In the meantime, the following applies:

Despite the cancellation of the system, the personal consultation hours for student finance remain the same. Students simply go directly to the office of the person in charge.

We have placed notices in the student housing area informing you which clerk can be visited for free consultation hours on Tuesdays. Appointments for Thursday office hours can still be made online as usual.
