The rooms each consist of a living/bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom with WC and shower. The guest flats are modernly equipped, bed linen, kitchenware and fibre-optic internet are available. Washing machines and dryers are centrally located in the basement of the house. The flat-rate rent is 470 euros per month (900 euros deposit). The rental period is a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months.
