- Emil-Figge-Str. 19, 23: One flat with three rooms, one flat with two rooms (not wheelchair accessible due to kitchen facilities)
- Meitnerweg 5, 6, 15, 16: Four flats with two rooms each
- Ostenbergstraße 101: Two flats
- Vogelpothsweg 100: Two flats with two rooms each
- Vogelpothsweg 118: Two flats with two rooms each
