The maximum loan amount is 12,000 euros.
The funding is paid out in monthly instalments; the monthly payment instalment can be up to 1,000 euros.
In addition, funding of up to 6,000 euros is possible for semesters abroad.
In this case, the loan is paid out in one sum.
If required, it is also possible to split the maximum possible funding amount between the Bachelor's and the subsequent Master's degree programme.
The loan is interest-free; five per cent of the loan amount is retained to offset the student's own costs.
You do not repay 150 euros per month until 12 months after the last instalment has been disbursed.
Requirements: You must be dependent on the financial support, study at a state university in NRW and provide a guarantor to secure the loan.
