All wishes from the wishing tree fulfilled!

We would like to thank all donors who have once again actively supported our "Wishing Tree" campaign over the last few days, enabling us to give needy children from Dortmund a little surprise for Christmas. The donations have now been handed over to the organisations in time for the festive season.

Once again, the children had decorated the Christmas tree in the foyer of the main refectory building of the Studierendenwerk with handmade stars - with a wish for Christmas on them. Lego and Playmobil, dolls and games were written on them - for some of the children, it was the first time in their lives that they were allowed to make such an individual wish, as their families often lack financial means, according to the organisers from the "Frauenzentrum" and "Mütterzentrum" in Dortmund. All the better that the girls and boys are now receiving gifts from unknown people with a heart!

The Studierendenwerk team, who were once again happy to organise the Wishing Tree campaign, would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone - young and old - a Merry Christmas!
