Apply now for the winter semester!

If you would like to receive BAföG in the winter semester, you can apply for BAföG now. If you do not yet have a certificate of enrolment, this is not a problem and can be submitted later.

The easiest way to do this is via BAföG-Digital. The application can be submitted completely online here.

By the way: The reform of student funding will come into force from the winter semester 2024/25. The new allowances, flat-rate rent allowances, basic needs and income limits for mini-jobs will then apply. In addition, later changes of specialisation and a "flexible semester" will be possible. It is definitely worth applying for BAföG!
