Pretzel or pizza? Preferably both!
Good connections are important at all times and when they harmonise well, everything is just right. We are now bringing a great combination to the plate. Here, a pretzel fresh from the oven has joined forces with a crispy pizza to create a hearty treat.
The new "Brizza" is available in three different varieties at the food fakultät. There's the "Franken" with sour cream, sauerkraut and Nuremberger sausages, the "Gemüsegarten" with lots of vegetables, Emmental cheese and rocket and if you like tarte flambée, you'll love the "Elsässer" with onions, bacon and crème fraiche.
